General Terms and Conditions

The rates are effective from July 2007 to December 2007 however;
they maybe reviewed in the event of major changes in the operating
environment. |

In case of an Outstation trip, the above given per kilometre rate
would be applicable for a minimum billing of 250 kms per day. A Driver
outstation allowance of Rs. 200 per day would be charged and in case
of a Night Halt an additional charge of Rs. 200 would be applicable. |

In case of Cancellations after the car has left our premises or
a No-Show, a minimum package charge in the booked segment will be
applicable. |
||
|
All charges will be calculated on from garage to garage basis. |
||
|
Bookings will be done based on car segment. Specific car models
are subject to availability. |
||
|
Rates are exclusive of parking charges, toll & inter-state permit
charges. These would be charged extra as per actuals. |
||
|
Service tax will be levied over and above the rates given above
as stipulated by the Government from time to time. Currently at 4.95%
on the total billing. |
||
|
Bills will be sent on a weekly basis and a late fee charge @20%
per annum would be applicable on all bills not settled within 14 days
from the date of submission to the client. |
||
|
All payments should be made in favour of KGN
Services .
Kindly enclose the bill details along with all payments released.

|
The fuel prices have been taken at rate as on 01/06/07 any increase
in fuel price would have a proportionate increase. |
||
|
Vehicles for Categories Premium, Super Premium, Luxury, and Super
Luxury are made available from Mumbai for Pune, hence transportation
charges are additional. |
||
|
Credit shall be extended as per our company’s policy only
on receipt of a formal billing letter once you accept the contract
(which should be signed by an authorized signatory of your company
to whose attention the bills shall be forwarded to.) |
||
|
In the event of foreclosure of the hire, one-month notice will be issued by either parties. | ||
